We will be using a wide variety of movements, from upper-body to lower-body to compound, while using a variety equipment. Our goal is for everybody to experience weight training in a fun, safe and rewarding manner.
Tuesdays from 6:00-6:45am with Tim Schilcher
This group class is taught in phases to prevent injuries and increase the speed of results. It gets harder as the weeks go on and incorporates core, cardio, balance and strength in each workout. It’s also a great performance workout for all sports.
The body is one kinetic chain, which means all of our muscles work together and should be trained together. My philosophy is to train the body from the inside out, that means working all 29-core muscles with our prime movers the way the body was designed to move. It will be the most fun and taxing workout you have ever done because we cover a lot of ground during the workout, no standing in one spot and working one little muscle at a time. I use interval timers to time your work & rest periods.
