The benefits of Ping Pong to youth and seniors have been promoted by many organizations, including the American Medical Association. These classes will serve as an introduction to the proper techniques and game strategies employed in the sport. Participants will receive much individual attention to improve their games, and competition matches will be held upon player interest.
