Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre

Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School, founded in 1969, is recognized as one of the finest schools for dance education and ballet training in the country. Operating under the Artistic Leadership of PBT Artistic Director Terence S. Orr, the school is held to the same high standard as the world class professional ballet company.

Imagery, imagination and self-expression are explored as you learn pre-ballet and beginning ballet. Classes take place in the dance studio, which has ballet barres, a multi-purpose sports floor for extra comfort, and mirrored walls. No pre-evaluation or placement class required. Wear a black Lycra leotard, pink (not shiny) tights and leather ballet shoes to class. All classes are taught by Instructor Kerra Alexander and occur on Tuesday.
