Thursdays 8:00 to 8:45 AM; April 11 to May 16
Introduction to weight-lifting will focus on the basics of strength training incorporating TRX, free weights, cables, and machines. A variety of exercises and muscle groups will be incorporated every class to teach participants proper form, different training styles, and techniques. All levels welcome.

Tuesdays from 1:00 to 10:45 AM; April 9 to May 14
This class will focus on the fundamentals of compound weight lifting movements to help you perfect your form and technique. Due to the higher intensity of this type of weight lifting, this class would be best suited for intermediate and advanced levels.

Tuesdays 7:30 to 8:15 PM, April 9 to May 14
Join a small of group for a dynamic, full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. Experience a deep activation stretch that will work through all the joints & release tight muscles. Effective for flexibility, mobility and pain-relief as well as injury prevention and recovery. Enjoy seeing the benefits in your sports performance with greater range of motion, stronger core, quicker reaction, decompressed joints. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle and small/medium towel for support. No special shoes required as you?ll be barefoot!

Saturdays from 9:15 to 10:00 AM; April 13 to May 18
This high energy 45 minute small group training class will be customized to the group to maximize your results. We will combine cardio, core and strength using a combination of spin bikes, TRX, Bosu and kettlebell. Every week will be a different workout that is challenging but fun. Come make the most of your Saturday morning.

Wednesdays from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM; April 10 to May 15
This class will focus on golf specific exercises to help improve swing speed, hip rotation, and all essential elements of your golf swing. Using the TRX, free weights, kettlebells, and cables, our goal is to add distance to your driver, straighten out your irons, and take a couple of strokes of your game. If you’re looking for a little extra to prepare for the upcoming golf season, this class is for you! Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome to take this class.
