  • Beginner Weight Training for Women

    With Caylene McKinney

    Thursdays 8:00 to 8:45 AM; Begins January 9

    Introduction to weight-lifting will focus on the basics of strength training incorporating TRX, free weights, cables, and machines. A variety of exercises and muscle groups will be incorporated every class to teach participants proper form, different training styles, and techniques. All levels welcome.

  • Strength Training for Runners

    With Sam McClelland

    Thursdays from 10:15 to 11:00 AM; Begins January 9

    This course will focus on building strength for runners through a variety of exercises and equipment. We will work on core and posture, fixing muscle imbalances, mobility and stretches specific to runners and overall strength; all designed to improve your runs! All fitness levels welcome!

  • Strength Training For Golfers

    With Dante Yobbi

    Wednesdays from 11:00 to 11:45 AM; Begins January 8

    This class will focus on golf specific exercises to help improve swing speed, hip rotation, and all essential elements of your golf swing. Using the TRX, free weights, kettlebells, and cables, our goal is to add distance to your driver, straighten out your irons, and take a couple of strokes of your game. If you’re looking for a little extra to prepare for the upcoming golf season, this class is for you! Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome to take this class.

  • Beginner Weight Training for Teenagers

    Mondays from 3:15 to 4:00 PM; Begins January 6

    This class is designed to help teenagers, aged 14-18, learn to properly and safely begin weight training. You will experience the basics of weight training and progress to more advanced training throughout these 6 weeks. We will be using a wide variety of movements, from upper body to lower body to compound, while using a variety of equipment. Our goal is for everybody to experience weight training in a fun, safe, and rewarding manner.
