Gene Wright is a lifelong runner, 9 marathons, hundreds of half marathons and untold other races. He has been involved in training, encouraging and developing total body conditioning of individuals for over 50 years.
Gene is a highly successful personal trainer and group exercise leader and program developer.
He is certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), a Sports Performance Coach with UPMC Sports Medicine. He is a group exercise leader/instructor of the Prima Start Program and Cross Training for Runners.
Gene has many years of developing conditioning programs, teaching, motivating and training individuals and groups. His experience and knowledge enables him to develop conditioning plans for all individuals from non-exercisers to performance athletes.
His approach is research based, individualized and inclusive in scope. Former clients are grateful for his approach and excited about the outcomes.
