Sam McClelland, Fitness Coordinator

Sam graduated from Pitt with a degree in Psychology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. One of Sam’s main goals as a trainer is to help others find what they love to do so that fitness is something they look forward to. She finds the positive relationship she gets to build with her clients and the privilege of getting to be part of their journey to be one of the most rewarding aspects of her job.  As our Fitness Coordinator, Sam organizes our Group Exercise classes and personal training sessions.




Jordan Rose

Jordan specializes in working with individuals and groups in functional training, TRX, and spinning. Jordan’s passion in life is to be a motivating force for those seeking to make health and wellness a priority. He loves to help people achieve their goals and surpass their own expectations. His mission is to create an exciting and fun environment in all of his classes and training sessions.







Karen Sassaman

Karen graduated from Indiana University Of Pennsylvania in May of 2015 with a degree in Exercise Science. She specializes in training teams and individuals in running, soccer, and hockey specifically. She believes that everyone can benefit from developing goals and learning new exercises with a personal trainer.






Matt Shorr

Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and was a member of the Exercise Science Club at Edinboro University. Matt has a passion for working with individuals to help them achieve their personal fitness goals and to encourage a healthy way of life. He also believes fitness is about much more

than simply exercising, it’s a gateway to a positive lifestyle change.






Dante Yobbi

Dante graduated in April 2016 from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Exercise Science and attained his ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification shortly after. He believes clients will gain knowledge of the importance and benefits of physical activity. Whether it’s improving in a specific sport or improving everyday living, he looks forward to helping his clients will reach their goals and have a great time doing it.
