As a personal trainer, Trent specializes in strength and conditioning, as well as weight loss. His previous experiences at the University of Arizona and the Los Angeles Dodgers have provided him with a professional approach that allows him to help you reach your goals. Whether you want to shed a few pounds, add some muscle or train for a sport or upcoming goal, he can provide the necessary workouts that will push you to your limit and get you to where you want to be. Trent believes “our goal is not just to reach a certain weight or milestone, it is to create a lifestyle change that will continue long past that particular moment.”
