Certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach Becca Jones is an expert in developing lasting, attainable habits. In her 6-week coaching program, she’ll work with you to evaluate your nutrition, fitness, sleep, and more to make integrated, customized goals that set you up for being your healthiest self.

When we think of “wellness,” it’s easy to look solely at what you eat or how many times a week you go to the gym.
To feel your best, though, it’s important to examine all the choices you make throughout the day. Are you getting enough sleep? Drinking enough water? Taking time for self-care? All of these aspects of our day-to-day can affect what we choose to eat or our movement routine.
Rather than optimizing for one area, a holistic approach considers the mind, body, and spirit. Within this integrated framework, we will identify small, sustainable behavioral changes that will make a noticeable difference over time.
I’ve always struggled with some sort of ailment. From anxiety to gut health, I had years where I forgot what it was like to move through my days feeling good. When I started to explore what healthy habits I enjoyed, I regained control of myself and my body. Approaching my health in a holistic way allows me to feel confident in the choices I make each day. My goal for the series is that by the end, each participant feels they have built habits they enjoy — that they have the tools to adapt and create new routines through each season.
