These are 6-week classes starting the week of September 16th.

Cost is $95/members ($125/non-members)

Beginning Weight Training for Women– Thursdays from 8:00 to 8:45 am with Caylene McKinney

Strength Training for Runners– Tuesdays from 10:00 to 10:45 am with Sam McClelland

Strength Training for Golfers– Wednesdays from 11:30 to 12:15 pm with Dante Yobbi

Strength Training for Racquet Sports– Mondays from 12:00 to 12:45 pm with Dante Yobbi
