Group Ex Updates

Lynn Murray Coleman has decided not to return to teaching classes at the Community Center. While we will all miss Lynn, we’re happy to share that Susan Crittenden has decided to continue teaching Pilates at the Center. Beginning September 20th, Susan’s class will be moved to Mondays from 8-9am.

Circuit Training

Theresa’s Wednesday circuit class will be returning to a more familiar setup. Members will go back to rotating through stations around the perimeter of the gym in small groups. The class will be limited to 30 people max. Due to this change, the Wednesday circuit class will no longer be available virtually. We have thoroughly evaluated this adjustment and are confident that it will keep class fun while remaining safe.

Additional Speaker Series Date Announced

As we continue to invest in our community outreach efforts, we’re excited to announce this latest way that we are acting as a resource for learning and connecting with one another. Our goal is to look at individual experiences, gifts, and knowledge to bring our community a wide variety of monthly topics.

We are pleased to offer our Speaker Series events free of charge, however advance registration is required. Please direct all questions to Nadine Ostrowski at
