Move With Us – A Program for Runners

If you are new to running, looking to get back into it, or already training for your next race, join us!

Nick Poilucci from P3R will kick off the evening with a talk covering nutrition tips, training best practices, and what to expect during Marathon weekend.

Following the talk, we hope you’ll stay to meet others who can help you stay motivated or maybe even team up for a marathon relay or other race together.

This event is FREE and open to the public (fitness membership at Lauri Ann West Community Center is not required). Please RSVP to help us prepare the necessary space for the group. Bring a friend or two and get connected with other like-minded runners.
