Schedule:

  • Mondays – 12:30 – 3pm (half gym), 7 – 8pm (full gym)
  • Tuesdays – 2:30 – 6pm (half gym), 6 – 7:30pm (full gym)
  • Wednesdays – 12:30 – 3pm (half gym)
  • Thursdays – 12:30 – 6pm (half gym), 7 – 8pm (full gym)
  • Fridays – 12:30 – 6pm (half gym), 6:30 – 8pm (full gym)
  • Saturdays – 1 – 4pm (full gym)
  • Sundays – 11:30am – 4pm (full gym)

Policies:

  • Reservations are not required to use Open Gym.
  • Open Gym is available for monthly Fitness Members. 
  • Guest passes are available for $10. Guests must stop at the welcome desk to sign the liability release the first time they come to the Center. Limit of three passes per guest.
  • Children ages 10-12 can use Open Gym unattended if their guardian (age 18+) is in the building (fitness center, track, cafe, etc). The guardian cannot leave the building but does not have to be in the gymnasium.
  • Children ages 13+ can use Open Gym unattended.
