Guest Passes
If you’re not sure about becoming a member, come and visit us! The Lauri Ann West Community Center offers two different guest pass options. A guest pass entitles you to full fitness access to the facility:
- Work out in the clean and fully equipped fitness center
- Take a group exercise class such as Spinning, Pilates or Essentrics (see our group exercise schedule here)
- Shoot hoops in the Dunlap Family Gymnasium
- Play Pickleball, one of the hottest growing sports in the world (see our pickleball schedule here)
Guest Policies (ages 18+)
- All guests aged 18 years and older who purchase a guest pass online must present a valid ID.
- All guests are required to follow all rules and regulations and follow all requirements as outlined in state health and safety guidelines.
- All guest fees and pre-paid guest passes are non-refundable.
Guest Policies (ages 13 – 17 years of age)
- Note that you must be at least 13 years old to utilize the fitness center. Guest ages 13-14 have a one hour restriction on fitness center usage.
- Guests 13-17 years of age who plan on utilizing the fitness center or group exercise classes must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older) on their first visit. If a guest pass is purchased online for a 13-17 year old an adult must sign the release of liability and waiver for the minor. Signing adult will be responsible for all liability of the minor guest.
- Minor guest must check in at the Welcome Desk on each visit and provide their contact details.
- Minor guests attempting to gain access without following the policy will not be allowed access on future visits.
Guest Policies (under 13 years of age)
- Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to be in the fitness center or in group exercise classes.
- Children aged 10 and 11 (or in 4th or 5th grade) are allowed in the gymnasium unsupervised as long as a parent or guardian (age 18+) is in the facility. The guardian cannot leave the building but does not have to be in the gymnasium.
- Children aged 12 and over (or in 6th grade or higher) are allowed in the gymnasium unsupervised as long as a parent or guardian has signed the release of liability.
