Once a month our Young at Heart community members (age 65+) are welcome to stay after our Silver Sneakers class (or visit if you’re not attending class) for social time. The Lauri Ann West Community Center will set up tables and chairs and provide coffee and light snacks. We look forward to seeing you during this social time.
