We are excited to partner with Giant Eagle Pharmacy to bring immunization clinics to Lauri Ann West Community Center.
2 clinic dates are offered.
Registration is recommended.
Walk-ins will be accommodated.
Anyone 3 years and older can get a flu shot.
Covid vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer (Moderna for ages 3-11).
You must complete a consent form for the vaccine before receiving it. Forms are available at our Welcome Desk and on our website.
