Summer Camps 2026 – General Policies

Ages:

• For full-day camp, campers must be 5 years old and have been enrolled in kindergarten for the 25/26 academic year.
• For pre-k camp, campers must be 3 years old before the start of camp (June 15th) and be able to use the restroom independently.

Registration:

• Families are required to pay 50% of camp fees at registration.
• All camp weeks must be paid in full by May 1, 2026.

Cancellations:

• Any cancellations made by April 30, 2026 will be fully refunded minus a $30 administrative/cancellation fee per week.
• There will be no refunds on cancellations after April 30, 2026.
• LAWCC understands that families may need to change weeks after enrollment. We will try our best to make these changes if space allows.

Drop Off and Pick Up:

• Authorized parent(s)/guardian(s) must accompany their camper through the mandatory check-in process. Campers cannot be dropped off outside the building.
• All approved pick-ups must bring their ID.

Scholarships:

• Scholarships are available for families who qualify.
• The max scholarship value provided is 90% of the weekly price of camp.
• The max number of weeks for scholarships is 5.
• Scholarship family responsibilities will be discussed individually with any families that qualify.
