Development and Communications Associate (Part-Time)

The Lauri Ann West Community Center, located in O’Hara Township, PA, is hiring a part-time Development and Communications Associate to support the community center’s fundraising, community outreach, and marketing activities. This Associate will (i) contribute to the team’s engagement efforts; (ii) assist with marketing and development plans and materials; (iii) manage data entry, gift processing and the coordination of information in a CRM system; and (iv) collaborate on the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising, engagement, and community events.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. Experience in non-profit communications, development, marketing, and/or community engagement preferred. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. This position requires a customer-focused mentality, with the ability to build relationships and professionally engage with all levels and types of patrons and donors. Clearances are required. Hourly compensation range is $16 – $20.

Administrative Assistant – General (Part-Time)

The Lauri Ann West Community Center, located in O’Hara Township, PA, is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant – General to support the community center’s programming, community outreach, development, and volunteer activities. This Assistant will (i) supporting the Program Manager with programming contracts and payouts; (ii) assist with proofreading and review of communication, program setup and the website; (iii) support data entry, gift processing and the coordination of information in a CRM system; and (iv) assist in the execution of fundraising, engagement, and community events.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. This position requires a customer-focused mentality, with the ability to build relationships and work cohesively as part of the team. Clearances are required. Hourly compensation range is $16 – $20.

Contract Program Instructors

Dynamic, highly qualified instructors are needed at the Center for a wide variety of independently contracted positions. If you or someone you know has a passion for teaching in your area(s) of expertise, please submit an application!
