Fitness Room Basics with Dan
Join fitness trainer Dan McCoy for a one-hour session in the fitness center. Dan will go through equipment usage, safety, and etiquette. This class will expand on your knowledge of exercise basics (ie.bis/tris/benching/squatting) and focus on concepts such as dumbbells and cable exercises for specific body parts. Teens ages 13-18. Maximum of 4 people per session. Please sign up for ONLY ONE session.
