Get in the game and take advantage of personal training at the Lauri Ann West Community Center! We have a wide variety of packages and personal training options available for you and can tailor them to your needs and goals. Whether you want to train for a sport or upcoming event, are hoping to lose weight or gain muscle – we have a package and trainer who will make this possible! Packages start at 4, 8, 12, and 18 sessions depending on how often each week you want to train, and range from 8 to 28 weeks. You can train individually on your own or group training is also an available option if you are looking to bring a friend!
To help you get started today, we would like to offer all fitness members one free 30 minute personal training session or wellness orientation. Stop by at the Center Welcome Desk or call our Fitness Coordinator, Sam McClelland, at 412-828-8566 ext. 111 or email smcclelland@lauriannwestcc.org to schedule your free session/orientation. She will be happy to meet with you to talk about your fitness goals, and find a trainer who will be the right fit for you!
