Q: How old does someone have to be to use the fitness center?

A: Fitness members ages 13+ may use the fitness center. For everyone’s health and safety, no one under 13 may be in the fitness center at any time, regardless of whether a parent or guardian is with them. This includes the indoor track.

Q: What is the difference between fitness and program memberships?

A: Fitness memberships include access for the fitness facility, indoor walking track, and group exercise classes. PLUS, fitness memberships offer the member discount for all of Lauri Ann West Community Center’s classes, camps, rentals and programs. Program memberships offer the member discount for all classes, camps, rentals and programs but do not include access to the fitness facility, indoor walking track, group exercise classes, or open gym.

Q: I would like to purchase a family membership, who does that include?

A: Family memberships are designed for those living in the same home, including dependent children up to age 24.

Q: If I have a fitness membership, do I have to pay extra for spinning, yoga or Pilates?

A: No, all group exercise classes are included in your fitness membership. Sign up for Group Ex classes begins 48 hours in advance through Mindbody.

Q: Do I need to wear a mask at all times?

A: A mask is not required if you are fully vaccinated. If you are not fully vaccinated, a mask must be worn at all times while you’re in the facility.
