Group Ex & Pickleball Policies
These polices are in place to ensure members have adequate access to classes along with a great experience at the Center.
Ages
Ages 13 & up are allowed to participate in Group Ex classes and Pickleball.
Reserve Your Four groups can include children under the age of 13 if they are playing with a parent or guardian.
Signing up
Sign up for classes beginning at 6am two days in advance via Mindbody or call the front desk at 412-828-8566.
Waitlists
If class attendees are not present at the start of the class, their reservation will be assigned to the next person on the waitlist who is onsite and prepared to participate.
Late Entry
Anyone not present at the start of class will not be permitted to enter class. This is for your safety and not disrupt class for other members. Group Ex Instructors will NOT be asked to relinquish their bike/TRX straps/etc to accommodate late arrivals.
Cell Phone Usage
Cell phone use is not permitted in classes.
No-show Policy
Our no-show policy is designed to alleviate customer and/or instructor frustration. A no-show constitutes not showing up for class and not notifying staff or cancelling through MindBody or cancelling within 30 minutes of the class.
- First no-show: Member will receive a warning via phone call.
- Second no-show: Member will not be able to access Mindbody for a week and not able to take any group exercise classes during that 1 week.
- Third no-show: Member will not be able to access Mindbody for 2 weeks and will not be able to take any group exercise classes during that period.
