3 Ways to Sign-Off on New Documents
1. Easiest Option – Check Your Email
Look for the email sent on Sunday, 5/25. It contains a unique link—just click it, scroll down, and follow the steps to accept and sign.

2. Use a QR Code (Need Your Barcode Number)
Scan the QR code, then enter your barcode number and last name. Once you’re logged in, scroll down to accept and sign.

3. In-Person Help
Stop by the front desk. Jason or a membership team member will be happy to help you complete it.
