Starting Tuesday, February 9 from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Let’s get moving! The Center will be offering a new youth group ex class for kids ages 8-13 in the back half of the gymnasium. We’ll get kids moving and having fun through bodyweight strength and conditioning exercises, as well as stretching to improve flexibility. 

Registration: Call our welcome desk at 412-828-8566 starting the morning of class to reserve a spot for your child. All participants must be family fitness members and you will need to provide the name and age of each child that you are registering. A parent on the membership is asked to drop-off and pick-up.

Safety: Class size will be limited to 10 kids and masks are required at all times. Children should bring their own water bottle and are encouraged to use the restroom and wash their hands before class starts. Floors will be marked for social distancing. All surfaces will be sanitized before and after class. [/av_textblock] [/av_one_full]
