Spots are going quickly!
Your family needs a place this summer where you know your kids will be safe, and they know they’ll have a blast. That’s why we’re so excited to bring back summer camps at the Community Center! We’ve taken steps to ramp up our COVID-19 guidelines to help keep kids safe without missing any of the fun.
We’re bringing back our traditional full day camps for kids 5-12 featuring a mixture of sports, STEAM discovery, activities in the gym, and outdoor time in the sunshine. Plus our half day preschool camp full of reading, crafts, and early learning skills. Every week we’re also offering half day specialty camps including ceramics, soccer, ballet, and more.
Space is limited to 8-10 campers per room, so be sure to register ASAP! If you have any questions, visit the Summer Camp page on our website or feel free to reach out to Jason Fate at 412-828-8566.

New youth group ex class
Starting Tuesday, February 9 from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Let’s get moving! The Center will be offering a new youth group ex class for kids ages 8-13 in the back half of the gymnasium. We’ll get kids moving and having fun through bodyweight strength and conditioning exercises, as well as stretching to improve flexibility.
Registration: Call our welcome desk at 412-828-8566 starting the morning of class to reserve a spot for your child. All participants must be family fitness members and you will need to provide the name and age of each child that you are registering. A parent on the membership is asked to drop-off and pick-up.
Safety: Class size will be limited to 10 kids and masks are required at all times. Children should bring their own water bottle and are encouraged to use the restroom and wash their hands before class starts. Floors will be marked for social distancing. All surfaces will be sanitized before and after class.
Spring program registration
Registration for spring programs is in full swing! Space is very limited so don’t delay your registration. Our programs are ready to provide a safe, clean, and fun environment so your family can get back to enjoying the activities you love at the Center.
New program just added: Maker Time with Mr. Wade!
Join our A&E Instructor, Mr. Wade, in our Maker Studio every Wednesday from 6:00-7:30pm. This STEAM class will expose kids to new concepts while having fun with models that can be taken home. Using around-the-house materials, Mr. Wade will guide students through simple mechanical projects and gradually move to more complex machines. Your kids will love it!
