New Personal Trainer – Jonothan Daley

If you’ve visited the facility recently you may have noticed a new face in the fitness center. Jonothan Daley has joined our team as a personal trainer. To learn more about Jonothan please see his bio below.

Jonothan’s devotion to fitness started when he played soccer in college. His goal is to help people not only learn about fitness, but to help them reach their goals. He has been training for almost two years and has experience in both group exercise instruction, as well as personal training with many special populations. Some of the areas he specializes in are: Balance/Stability, Speed, Agility, and Quickness, Strength Endurance/Building, Weight Loss, Sport Specific Training, and Core Training.

Jonothan has his personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

If you would like to schedule a personal training session with Jonothan, please contact Sam McClelland (smcclelland@lauriannwestcc.org).

And the Best of the Follies

The Follies is back! After a 5-year, partially COVID-induced absence, writer Philip Beard and his merry band of local “talent” will take you on a farcical tour of the past 18 months in “Fox Chapel Follies – Unmasked!” followed by an Act II trip down memory lane through your favorite Follies songs from the past 20 years in “The Best of the Follies.” If history is any indication, all six nights are likely to sell out!

Performances are October 21-23 and October 28-30. Purchase tickets at the District Association website.

The Fox Chapel Area High School National Honor Society will host it’s annual Boo Bash on Thursday, October 28 from 6:00pm – 7:30pm.
