New Personal Trainer – Jonothan Daley
If you’ve visited the facility recently you may have noticed a new face in the fitness center. Jonothan Daley has joined our team as a personal trainer. To learn more about Jonothan please see his bio below.
Jonothan’s devotion to fitness started when he played soccer in college. His goal is to help people not only learn about fitness, but to help them reach their goals. He has been training for almost two years and has experience in both group exercise instruction, as well as personal training with many special populations. Some of the areas he specializes in are: Balance/Stability, Speed, Agility, and Quickness, Strength Endurance/Building, Weight Loss, Sport Specific Training, and Core Training.
Jonothan has his personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Trunk or Treat – Steelers Prize Added
Saturday, October 30 at 4pm
You and a friend could be attending the November 8th Pittsburgh Steelers vs Chicago Bears game!
Two tickets to the Steelers/Bear game will be awarded for the spookiest, best decorated car! These tickets are for Section 108, Row F! Six rows from the field.
How do I register to bring my car?

Do I have to register for my kids to trick-or-treat?
No! All of the boos and ghouls in our community are invited to stop by. But are you ready to walk through the scaaaaary haunted parking lot? Do you dare to reach into the mobile monsters to get a treat? Feel free to share our Facebook event or flyer with your friends and neighbors!

Join the Garden Club of Allegheny County on October 20-22, 2021
to shop for a great cause.
Pizzazz brings designer boutiques from around the country to Pittsburgh for a unique shopping experience that benefits great causes. Proceeds from Pizzazz have enabled GCAC to fund close to $2 million in environmental and conservation projects throughout our community.

Fox Chapel Follies
Unmasked!
And the Best of the Follies
The Follies is back! After a 5-year, partially COVID-induced absence, writer Philip Beard and his merry band of local “talent” will take you on a farcical tour of the past 18 months in “Fox Chapel Follies – Unmasked!” followed by an Act II trip down memory lane through your favorite Follies songs from the past 20 years in “The Best of the Follies.” If history is any indication, all six nights are likely to sell out!
Performances are October 21-23 and October 28-30. Purchase tickets at the District Association website.
The Fox Chapel Area High School National Honor Society will host it’s annual Boo Bash on Thursday, October 28 from 6:00pm – 7:30pm.
There will be tricks, treats, and a fun time for all! A food drive for Fox Chapel Area’s Backpack for Hunger program and Sharpsburg’s Little Free Pantry will be held at the door, and donations of non-perishable goods and/or money will be appreciated. This event is for children in pre-k through 3rd grade. Masks will be required since the event will take place indoors.
Pop Up Essentrics
We are offering multiple pop-up Essentrics classes during the month of October. These are in addition to our regularly scheduled classes. Registration for any of our classes can be made through MindBody or by calling the Welcome Desk.

Everyday Gourmet Cafe @LAWCC is now open Monday – Thursday 10am-6pm. Now serving lunch: Always a variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps & soups, cookies, brownies, hummus, snacks and drinks. Stop by or call for additional daily specials on our weekly menu.
