Celebrate the Center Week Starts Sunday!
We’ve put together a week of 12 activities leading up to Celebrate the Center, and we want you to be there! Save this schedule and plan to stop over for some of these events to bring our community together. Visit our website for more details and registration.
The week will end with the return of our Celebrate the Center event on Saturday, September 18 at 7pm. Safety is our top priority, so the event will be held outdoors on our tented patio. All food offerings will be pre-portioned and passed by masked and gloved waitstaff. While it will look different, it will still be a beautiful and fun evening! Get your Celebrate the Center tickets.
New Power Yoga Class
We are sad to share that Alyssa will no longer be teaching her Tuesday evening yoga class. The good news is, Becca has joined the Center and will be teaching power yoga in its place on Tuesdays at 7pm. Becca will also be teaching a pop-up power yoga class this Friday, September 10 at 8am in the community room. Grab a spot in Mindbody to try it out!
Nor familiar with power yoga? It’s a fast-paced style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance. Although it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout.
