Personal Training Options

Over the past several months we’ve made changes to our Personal Training offerings to make them safer and more accessible for our members. These updates might make Personal Training a good option for you to get back into your fitness routine in 2021. You’re always welcome to stop in, see the space, and chat with our staff to see if this feels like a good fit for you!

Safety

Personal training is held in our gymnasium to allow for lots of space between you, your trainer, and any other clients in the space. Every client has their own area of the gym to workout in and everyone wears a mask at all times.

Sanitization

All clients use dedicated equipment for their session that is touched by no one but them. After every session, all of the equipment is thoroughly sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant before anyone else comes into the space.

Personalized

We have a variety of packages and training options that we tailor to your needs and goals. Whether you want to train for a sport, lose weight, or gain muscle – we have a package and trainer to help. We’re currently working with clients from ages 14-96, so there truly is a fit for everyone!

Soccer Shots Registration

Starting March 2 for ages 3-5 and 6-8

Make plans to get your kids some fresh air and exercise this spring! We’re excited to bring back a variety of six week programs with our friends from Soccer Shots. On top of soccer skills, their coaches work with the kids on character building and sportsmanship. Keeping everyone safe is our top priority, so these sessions are all held outside with social distancing and mask wearing strictly enforced. Space is limited, so make sure to reserve your spots soon! Mindfulness Moment

Like mindfulness, research shows that kindness is good for our physical and emotional well-being. There are countless ways to incorporate kind acts into our daily lives to brighten someone’s day. Challenge yourself to intentionally do something kind every day and see how it changes your life. Here are just a few quick ideas:

  1. Clean out your closet, maybe you’ll find something that someone else would love to have. Our friends at Second Harvest would be happy to accept your donations to fill their new store.
  2. Reach out to someone who you know is going through a particularly challenging season in their life. Don’t bombard them with advice, simply listen and acknowledge their feelings.
  3. Compliment or show appreciation to someone who has really helped you out.
  4. If you see someone doing a great job, tell them and compliment them.
  5. Pay for the person behind you in a drive thru.

“Kindness can become its own motive. We are made kind by being kind.” – Eric Hoffer
