Have you ever thought, “I think I would like to try a yoga class to help with my stiff joints and muscles, but I’m too afraid because those other classes look too intimidating?” Well, good news, we now have THE CLASS for you! Join your regular old instructor, Zach, for 4 weeks as he teaches the absolute basic yoga moves that will help give you a base so you can try out one of those other more intimidating yoga classes. Combining regular yoga moves with strength training and cardio; you will leave this class feeling more like the best version of yourself!
