Cassie Conti
Cassie has been a professional in the fitness industry for more than ten years. She is a trained massage therapist and nurse and has military experience, having enlisted in the Army Reserve at 17.
As a mother of four, she knows how busy life can get, but how important self-care is. Cassie finds happiness in helping others. No goal is too small, especially when it’s to make everyday a little stronger.

Winter Session II Children’s Classes Announced, Registration Open
Children’s classes at the Lauri Ann West Community Center provide a safe, clean and fun environment to learn, grow and discover.
Registration is now open for our Winter Session II (Feb. 28 – Apr. 6). Topics include:
- JumpBunch Parent & Tot (ages 18-24 mo.) – Begins Wed., Mar. 2
- JumpBunch Fitness Fun for Toddlers (ages 2-3 ½) – Begins Wed., Mar. 2
- Soccer Shots Mini (ages 2-3) – Begins Tues., Mar. 1
- Soccer Shots Classic (ages 3-5) – Begins Tues., Mar. 1
- JumpBunch Pre-K Fitness Exploration (ages 3 ½-5) – Mon., Feb. 28
- Basketball K-3 (ages 5-9) – Begins Wed., Mar. 2
- Soccer Shots Premier (ages 6-8) – Tues., Mar. 1
- JumpBunch Sports and Fitness (ages 6-12) – Begins Mon., Feb. 28

Audubon Society Hosts After-School Program Jan. 26
Children grades K-3 are invited to discover the unique winter ecosystem of Beechwood Farms during the winter, 4:30-6pm Wednesday, January 26.

Cooper-Siegel Community Library Winter Reading Challenge Continues Through Feb. 28
The Cooper-Siegel Community Library Winter Reading Challenge encourages people of all ages to read and attend library programs to earn cool prizes.
Stop by the Cooper-Siegel Community Library or Sharpsburg Community Library through February 28 to pick-up a paper bookmark with raffle tickets. Use the bookmark to log the books you read and the programs you attend, then return your raffle tickets for chances to win great prizes.
