Instructor Spotlight

Natalie Colla

Natalie teaches Vinyasa Yoga at the Center. She currently has 300 hours of yoga teacher training and is a member of Yoga Alliance.

Her classes focus on aligning breath with movement to bring your mind to being present on the mat, in the moment. She believes each student is their own teacher and advocates knowing one’s own body to push your limits or take a step back when necessary.

Her favorite tip is any exercise will change you – whether you love it or not – and is worth sticking with. You’ll be surprised what your body and mind can do!

Vinyasa Yoga is offered 7-8pm on Thursdays with a virtual option available.
