Trainer Spotlight

Jonothan Daley

Jonothan grew up in the small community of Elkland, PA. Some of his favorite hobbies are hiking, snowboarding, playing soccer, football, basketball and baseball, watching movies and working out.

His favorite aspect of working with clients is not only getting to know them, but seeing their progress along the way, their boost in energy and how much better people feel physically and mentally. He believes the goal isn’t to be the best, it’s to learn.

Contact personal training coordinator Kyle Pine (kpine@lauriannwestcc.org or 412-828-8566) to schedule a session with Jonothan today or view our personal training packages.
